Terms of Use
This website provides information about AI Image Factory, an internal tool for the operator’s own visual content workflow. It does not provide a public software subscription, account connection or publishing service.
Current functionality and access
The local application organizes image projects, checks image quality, prepares metadata and exports reviewed content. Its Pinterest API integration is under development. Current API code supports Board listing and reviewed image Pin submission, subject to approved access, valid authorization and granted permissions. Additional management capabilities are not represented as available.
Content and platform requirements
The operator is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content, reviewing its accuracy and complying with applicable laws and platform rules. AI-generated content must carry any disclosures or labels required by the destination platform. The application does not bypass platform review, API access requirements or rate limits.
Independent application
AI Image Factory is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official service of Pinterest or any other content platform. Platform names are used solely to describe intended compatibility. Platform services and API availability are governed by their own terms.
Availability and limitations
The application and its integration are under active development. Information may change as implementation progresses. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, platform approval, publication success or commercial results. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy and updates
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. These terms will be updated when the scope or availability of the application changes.
