Public policy
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the AI Image Factory public information website and the operator’s internal content application. The application is for the operator’s own channels; visitors cannot connect an account or upload content through this website.
Information we collect and process
- Website access: our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and access time to deliver and secure the website. This website uses no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account registration or contact forms.
- Contact inquiries: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please do not send access tokens, passwords or other sensitive credentials.
- Internal application data: the operator stores images, prompts, project details, image quality results, content metadata, export records and publication status in local files and a local database.
Pinterest OAuth and API data
After the operator authorizes access to their own Pinterest business account, the application may use an OAuth access token to call the official API within the permissions granted. The current adapter uses an operator-supplied token, reads Board identifiers and details needed to select a destination, and submits approved image Pins with a title, description, alternative text and destination link. It stores returned Pin identifiers and publication status locally.
Public visitors’ Pinterest accounts are not connected. The website does not receive OAuth tokens or local application data. Additional Pin and Board management is under development; this policy will be updated before materially different data processing is introduced.
Why we use information
We use this information to organize and review original visual content, publish approved content to our own channels, track publication results, respond to inquiries and keep the website and application secure. Pinterest data is used only for the authorized content workflow, subject to Pinterest’s applicable terms and policies.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell or rent personal information or Pinterest API data to third parties. Selected content and its accompanying metadata are sent to Pinterest when the operator initiates publication; published content is subject to the visibility settings and policies of that platform. Hosting and email providers process information necessary to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Storage, security and retention
Internal project and publication records remain on the operator’s computer unless explicitly exported or published. API credentials are kept in local environment configuration and are not embedded in this public website. Access to the computer, credentials and backups should be restricted to the operator.
We retain information only as needed for the stated purposes, operational records or applicable obligations. The operator removes unneeded local records, credentials and associated backups. Hosting and email provider records are subject to their own retention policies. This website does not provide an automated deletion interface.
Disconnecting access and requesting deletion
The operator can revoke the application’s access in Pinterest settings and remove the locally configured access token. Revocation stops authorized API access but does not automatically delete previously published Pins or local records; those must be removed separately. Contact us to request deletion of information you provided or to ask about retained data. We will review and address valid requests without undue delay, subject to applicable obligations.
Changes and contact
We will update this publicly accessible policy when our data practices change. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email aiimagefactory.contact@gmail.com.
